Nikki Sixx

Nikki Sixx is an American musician, singer-songwriter, and record producer, best known as the bassist and primary songwriter of the heavy metal band Mötley Crüe. He was born on December 11, 1958, in San Jose, California. Sixx founded Mötley Crüe in 1981 and became a prominent figure in the glam metal scene of the 1980s. As a songwriter, he has written many chart-topping hits for the band, including “Kickstart My Heart” and “Home Sweet Home”. Sixx’s influential career also includes being part of the bands London and Brides of Destruction, as well as releasing several solo albums. Outside of music, he has pursued various ventures, such as writing two successful autobiographies and hosting a radio show titled “Sixx Sense with Nikki Sixx”.
