Michael Mullen

Michael Mullen is an American soldier who served as the 17th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the highest-ranking military officer of the United States Armed Forces, from 2007 to 2011. Born on October 4, 1946 in Los Angeles, California, Mullen attended the US Naval Academy and graduated in 1968.
